Patrick Hill

As President of FosterThomas, Patrick Hill heads up all Human Capital Management Solutions including Corporate and Program Management, HR Consulting and Compliance, Benefits Advisory, and Brokerage. He has been with FosterThomas for over 25 years and has supported numerous clients in a variety of industries with a specific focus on compliance and management. Before joining FosterThomas, Patrick was the Director of Human Resources for a technical consulting firm with over 1,200 employees and operations in 30 states.
Patrick possesses over 30 years of professional and management experience; holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, a master’s degree in human resource management from Marymount University, and is a licensed producer for health and life insurance plans.
