Beth Bulger

As the Director of HR Services, Beth Bulger is a senior-level HR professional with over 25 years of experience. Beth provides continual HR project management support and also serves as a resource to clients. Beth specializes in compliance, employee relations, conducts HR Audits, workplace investigations, policy and procedures development, and provides a variety of other HR support and advisory services for clients.
Beth holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification, a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Maryland.
