The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission extended the EEO-1 report filing deadline to January 9, 2024. Reports that were not submitted by the deadline of December 5, 2023 must be submitted by January 9, 2024. No EEO-1 reports will be accepted after January 9.

     

    The EEO-1 report is a mandatory annual data collection that requires all private sector employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees to submit demographic workforce data, including data by race/ethnicity, sex, and job categories.
