EEO-1 Reports are required to be filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) by employers with 100 or more employees and federal contractors with 50 or more employees.
Due to an obligatory, three-year renewal of the EEO-1 Component data collection by the Office of Management and Budget, the EEOC pushed the data collection from mid-July to the fall of 2023.
